Is there a free trial for the paid plans?
The Free plan is not a trial. It does not expire, and it asks for no card. When you want the paid features, message us and we will move your shop across.
What happens when I reach 25 khata customers on Free?
You cannot add a 26th, but nothing else changes: those 25 keep their ledgers, keep buying on credit and keep paying you back, and every other bill goes through as usual. Plus removes the limit.
How do I pay?
In-app payment is not switched on yet. Until it is, message us on WhatsApp and we set up your paid plan by hand, at the price shown on this page. Nobody is charged for anything before then.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the cycle you have already paid for. We do not take away features you have paid for.
What is the founding shop offer?
The first 500 shops get a year of Plus for ₹999 (about ₹83 a month) and keep that price for as long as the subscription stays active. If our list price rises later, yours does not. Reserve a place with the form on the home page; it costs nothing to reserve.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, the prices shown include applicable taxes.
What if I want a refund?
Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Duplicate charges and charges after cancellation are always refunded in full.
