Five jobs, not one chatbot.
A single “ask me anything” box makes a shopkeeper guess what to type. These are named jobs, each reachable from the screen where you would want it.
Sathi AI chat: ask about your shop
“आज कितनी बिक्री हुई?”, “कौन सा माल खत्म हो रहा है?”, “उधार कितना बाकी है?”. Type or tap it in Hindi, Marathi or English and get the figure with the context around it, not a report to filter.
Bill Scan: photograph the distributor’s invoice
Point the camera at the supplier bill. Items, quantities, rates and totals come back as a draft purchase entry matched against products you already stock. You correct anything odd and save. What used to be twenty minutes of typing becomes a photo and a glance.
Product entry: type it the way you say it
Write “अमूल बटर 100 ग्राम 62” and the name, pack size, unit and price land in the right fields. Adding a hundred new items stops being a hundred forms.
Daily brief: one card, every morning
Yesterday’s take, what is about to run out, and whose khata needs a call. Read it while the shutter is going up, not at the end of the month.

The common questions never leave your phone
Today’s sales, low stock, outstanding khata and this month’s totals are answered from a snapshot held on the device. No request is sent. That is why they work in a basement with no signal, and why they are instant.
Anything harder goes up with only what it needs
A question that needs real reasoning is sent to an AI provider with the figures required to answer it, not your customer list, not your whole ledger.
Your data does not train anyone’s model
We use providers under terms that prohibit training on content submitted through their API. Your shop’s numbers stay your shop’s numbers.
Nothing is written without you
Bill Scan and product entry produce drafts. An AI feature never silently changes stock, a price, or a ledger entry.
You are told where the answer came from
Every answer carries its source and its age, like “फोन से · सुबह 9:15” or “सर्वर से · अभी”. A figure you cannot date is a figure you cannot trust.
It costs you credits, not surprises
Each plan carries a monthly allowance, shown in the app before you use it. Running out slows the AI features down, but it never stops your billing.
Answers written in the language, not translated into it.
