DukanUp is billing, khata, stock and staff for Indian shops: kirana, general stores, dairy, stationery, hardware and every other shop with a counter. We make it in India, for the people who stand behind that counter every day.
Most billing software assumes a desk and steady Wi-Fi.
A real counter is different. The network drops in the middle of a sale, a customer is waiting, the udhaar lives in a notebook, and the owner thinks in Hindi or Marathi while the software speaks English.
We started from those facts instead of working around them. The result is an app where the bill always goes through, and where you can ask your shop a question the way you would ask a person.

A bill has to go through when the signal drops. Search, cart, payment and receipt all run on the phone, and the bill uploads itself later.

Export it whenever you like and delete it whenever you like. We do not sell it, and we do not use your sales to train anybody’s AI.
