Built for the counter with a queue out of the door.
Half a kilo of one sweet, a box of another, six pastries and a cake for tomorrow. The bill has to keep up with the person boxing the order, and it cannot wait for the network on the busiest evening of the month.

A Sunday evening queue. Half a kilo of kaju katli, six samosas and a box of cookies on one bill, an order for tomorrow on a regular’s khata, and a network that gave up an hour ago.
Weighed and counted on one bill
Sweets by the kilo and pastries by the piece go on the same bill, and the customer gets it on WhatsApp or printed. This is a real bill from our demo shop.
Three things a general billing app misses.
Weight and pieces, without switching modes
Kaju katli by the kilo, samosas by the piece, cookies by the box. Each product keeps its own unit, so the counter never has to think about which kind of item it is ringing up.
The rush does not wait for the signal
On the busiest evenings the network is the first thing to give up. Billing does not need it: every sale finishes on the phone and uploads itself afterwards.
Orders for regulars, on khata
A society office or a regular who settles at month end takes the order on khata. The balance, every bill and every payment sit under their name, with a WhatsApp reminder one tap away.

What owners ask us first.
Can it bill sweets by weight?
Yes. A product sold by the kilo takes a weight, in grams or kilos, and prices itself from the rate per kilo. Pieces, dozens and boxes are units too.
Can staff bill without seeing my profit?
Yes. A cashier login bills customers but never sees cost prices, profit or reports. Only the owner and the roles you choose see those.
What if the internet goes during the evening rush?
Nothing changes at the counter. Bills finish on the phone, and they upload themselves when the connection is back.
Not quite a sweet shop or bakery? That is fine.
DukanUp fits any shop that buys stock in at one rate and sells it at another: a general store, a cosmetics or gift shop, a pooja samagri counter, whatever yours is called. The till, the khata, the stock and the purchase register work the same way regardless of what is on the shelf.
