Built for a shop of a thousand small things.
Pens by the piece and by the box, notebooks in six sizes, and a June rush when every school list arrives at once. The hard part is not one big sale, it is knowing which small item has quietly run out.

The first week of June. A parent hands over a school list of thirty items, three more parents are waiting behind, and somewhere on the shelf the last packet of blue refills has quietly run out.
Scan it, or find it in a second
Most packs carry a barcode, and the phone camera reads it. For the rest, search by name or tap the grid. The real Billing screen from our demo shop.
Three things a general billing app misses.
The phone camera is the scanner
Pens, notebooks and refills mostly carry a barcode. Scan it with the phone you already have: no scanner gun, no dongle, no licence per counter.
Low stock, item by item
Set a low-stock level on each product and the app tells you before the shelf is empty, so the next order to the supplier is written before a parent is told “not available”.
Accounts for schools and offices
Institutions buy on credit and settle later. Khata keeps a running balance per customer with every bill and payment, and a reminder goes out on WhatsApp in one tap.

What owners ask us first.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. The phone camera scans barcodes. Products you have already added are found on the phone, even with no internet.
Can I sell the same item by the piece and by the box?
Piece, pack, box and dozen are all units in the app. Add the box and the single piece as two products, each with its own price and its own barcode.
Can I give a school or office credit?
Yes. Khata tracks a running balance per customer, with every bill and payment. The Free plan covers 25 khata customers, and Plus has no limit.
Not quite a stationery shop? That is fine.
DukanUp fits any shop that buys stock in at one rate and sells it at another: a general store, a cosmetics or gift shop, a pooja samagri counter, whatever yours is called. The till, the khata, the stock and the purchase register work the same way regardless of what is on the shelf.
